Tomes
Tomes can be found through the world of Outerah, allowing any sentient creature who has the ability to read common from cover to cover the ability to gain a second class or a new boon when attuned to them. While tome classes can never reach the overlimit skill on the bottom of their skill tree, they do open up a whole new layer of customization. Tomes allow you to take on a “subclass”, and the benefits of using tomes are great indeed!

When activating this item, your body begins to glow with Destruction Energy; you deal 50% increased damage. Tome of the Hero | A book about an ancient Champion of Marcarvious who is said to linger in the nefarious Chaos Realm. The cover depicts a wooden stool which has moss growing upon it. The text of the tome itself is full of hasty scribbles, as if written in a hurry. Those who equip this book are cursed with an aura of blight around them. This aura grants the wielder a 1% chance to inflict Coma to any units within the wielder’s adjacent cell. Additionally, the blight aura deals a fixed 1x (holder’s level) in damage every minute to the wielder and to those in the adjacent cells.
