This is a list of every game which I have purchased… at least once!  Tired of triple F slop developers charging you $70… $100… Even more at times for subpar quality?  I sure was and that outcome made me compile this list of games.  Yes, I know I’ll die before I’ll ever 100% all of them…  Actually some of them you can’t ever 100%.  The list is compiled of games I would recommend after countless hours of research, and playing through most of them over a few decades.  Looking for a gem?  I should have you covered!  While I do have a handful of games that are fairly large in size, graphic intensive, or with a EULA, most of them are the complete opposite (…or I got the game on a platform that doesn’t have their own EULA).  Some have EULAs though they are short and not there just to take your rights away, but more to cover their…. but….

You got that right!  We all know if 10000 copies of a game sells, and I bought one of them, then I don’t “OWN” the game.  Even if I bought all 10,000 copies (‘shares’) it doesn’t work that way (only in the stock market to own the company!).  I’m not looking to own the rights to the game to make my own spinoff.  DUH!  However, I should have access in order to play the game whenever, and wherever I want.  I shouldn’t need to worry if I want to play a game in 2 years that the game is gone either forever, or I need to buy it again because it somehow ‘expired’.  Somehow my deck of cards… chess board….or table top games don’t expire or randomly disappear from my real life inventory.  It shouldn’t be illegal for me to bring my laptop out to school or a restaurant (public place) either.

I’m not anti-EULA per say… Even Tome of Outerah being open-source has their own EULA.  It protects companies from being sued by random people looking to make a quick buck. However, all EULA’s are not created equally – and a lot of the triple F slop companies just write things in there to throw cow manure on you, and rub it in your face that you’re wasting your money buying literally nothing.  You own nothing, and you shall be happy for the kings and queens that rule over you.  

EULA insulting Backhands I find include: (yes I find it a bit entertaining actually reading the EULAs cause I’m weird)

• “grants the User a non-exclusive, personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license” = They give themself the right to take away what you paid for at any time they deem appropriate.  You get nothing back in return (time nor money).  Legalized theft they coerce you into.  In fact “Duress” was chosen for the word in G.U.I.L.D. because if you waited past the return window for a game which you purchased which you didn’t know had a EULA, and then the game requires you to accept the EULA in order to work then you have “no reasonable alternative” of this issue.  This involuntary signature of acceptance is actually illegal as Duress is tossed out in court.  You are “backed into a corner with no reasonable alternative.”  I can’t get a refund back so the only option they are giving in that instance is sign it or go F-off while we steal your money.  Not a legal expert nor suggesting this advice, but if you must ‘accept’ the terms of service in the time of not being able to be compensated, then the terms of service appears to be void already legally.  This happened to me once as the page didn’t state that there was a EULA, and I buy games in bulk on sale periods.  When I had a chance to start the game up months later, WAZA a EULA was there waiting for me.
• Non transferable makes it that you can’t resell it unlike physical media you can sell on E-bay, Amazon, or such.
• Some directly state that they farm you for data.  Not only are you paying for the game, but they get your data too?

With so many great games out on the market, or purchasing Retro games, these EULA thumpers don’t need any of our money to grant us a limited time access to play a mediocre product.  There isn’t another thing besides subscription services which you don’t get anything out of throwing your money away.  You wouldn’t buy a car which only allows you to drive up to 15 miles a week within a specific time of day, only have company approved tires / add-ons installed in the car, pay a subscription for air-condition or heated seat use, and grant access to said company to send a representative over to your house to take your car away whenever they want it back or if you didn’t follow their “Tome of Legalized Weaponization” to a T… or would you?

Please do!  While this list of about 1000 took me well over 50 hours to compile I may have an error here or there.  The sheet allows anyone to comment… and we will see how long that can last before I need to place request access due to abuse… lol. Feel free to add comments on the game, recommend other games, recommend to remove a specific game.  Though since memory and graphic cards are getting into rich people only territory I would like to keep nearly all games on the list under 15 GB (preferably under 5 GB) and not too graphic intensive to give most people availability when trying to find a game to play.  

Feel free to “make a copy” of the sheet.  Personally I roll 3D6 [100’s place, 10’s Place, 1’s Place] and add 2 to the number to have the sheet pick what game I am playing! [+2 since top 2 rows are not games but info.]  However, you can sort them by release date and play a particular game that released on that day… or whatever you want!  Some games I found interesting data when I sorted release dates, publishers, developers, and such that I didn’t know prior to compiling the sheets.  I will continue to fill out the Outeran section on the sheet as I have the time.
