The Ungoverned
Not everyone is affiliated to one of the three gods. These beings who are removed from the belief in crowning one god over the other are considered The Ungoverned. Though they owe him nothing, The Ungoverned are a perfect model of Lord Repter’s style of governing. They have no gods, no masters… as a result, they thrive in Outerah. A change in leadership would spell the end for them…

Commanded Elements
It is said that The Ungoverned came up with the means of creating Elemethonal. Those who walk the Ungoverned path can unleash an attack endowed with Elemethonal once a day.

While The Ungoverned is not responsible for creating any races in the way the gods are, the Androids and Monueachi have been created by other means separate from the gods.
