Trickster Duo
Some prefer their entertainment on the stage, while others show their skills with a roll of the dice or a dealing of cards. A trickster is always unpredictable and always fun to be around, but these specialists bring far more than just entertainment to the table. Tricksters can make use of simple cards or dice and imbue them with the strange magic they possess. While your magic is more limited and very specific, your spells are also versatile and gives you the advantage of unpredictability. If you like flirting with Lady Luck, then this is the class for you! Choose your spec: Card Wizard, Croupier, Magician, Puppeteer, and Mathematician.

Most magic classes stay in the back.  However, a card wizard is comfortable attacking at mid range and even up close; they’re versatile and still competitive with other casters thanks to the tools at their disposal.  By storing their spells in cards, they are able to throw the cards before releasing the stored spell from it.  Card wizards can also place cards face down on the field and activate them as a trigger action.

Dice are common tools for games, but if you’re a croupier, the roll of the dice determines everything.  A single roll can mean the difference between victory and defeat; others would find this unconventional or even dangerous, but you live for such a thrill.  After all, what’s life without taking risks?  Croupiers can translate their dice rolls into attacks, or increase their dice value to use for their upcoming attack.  Luck is vital for your success, but you manage to pull through in a pinch.

Your kind are known as excellent supporters; things go from dire to advantageous when you’re on the field!  As a Magician, you are able to imbue the environment around you with enhanced effects.  Your powers enhance the performance of all allies while leaving no such benefit to enemies entering any zones you conjure.  It’s as if you’re just pulling a “bird” out of your hat towards your enemies!  Such a powerful boon doesn’t come without a tradeoff though and as such, needs an elemental orb to be cast into the ground.  Your zone skills last 3 full rounds in battle, 10 minutes out of combat due to the lower magic consumption within the area or until the enchanter ends the spell themselves.
